At Rounderbum, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your return package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all original tags and packaging are included inside.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
